Jesus Rubio is an aviation business professional with over 20 years of experience in commercial executive positions at leading organizations, such as Lufthansa Group, American Express, and IATA. Jesus holds a PhD in Transport Systems from Cranfield University in the UK and collaborates with the Air Transport Research Society to fill the gap between academia and the industry, promoting the use of the latest academic research by airline and airport executives for their tactical and strategic decisions. He is also a member of the Industry Advisory Council of the Institute for Aviation Research, a think-tank focused on the development of the travel industry in China through collaboration with other regions in the world. Jesus is also a Visiting Professor at the Civil Aviation University of China and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Ananth Narayan is a finance and management professional with considerable experience in the operational aspects of multi modal transport sectors. His range of experience spans transport sectors, dealing with regulators and consultancy both for the public and private sector. He is passionate about innovative use of big data to streamline processes, operations bringing significant efficiency and economic gains to legacy bound systems. His current line of interest is in using big data from sensors to digitally transform the receivables vertical in multimodal transport sectors and optimizing the use of cargo capacity available with different transport modes to bring about value enhancement across the value chain.

A qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Mumbai Amit Raithatha is also an executive level Company Secretary. Starting his professional experience in the Banking sector, Amit has moved and gained knowledge from multiple industries too. It has been 15+ years in the finance industry for him and has been associated with brands like Workenstein Collaborative Spaces, Regus Business Centre Private Limited, Sahara India Parivar and ICICI Bank. Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, Variance Analyses, Mergers & Acquisitions he is also proficient in ERP system implementations, direct & indirect taxation, statutory & regulatory compliances, Legal, Procurement & IT functions. At Calibehr, Amit is majorly responsible to oversee all Finance, Accounts, Taxation & Legal matters and is actively involved in the mergers & acquisitions, ERP Software Implementations & Budgeting Process.

Israr spearheads multiple teams under all three lines of businesses; combining them into a perfect synergy as productive business solutions. He manages PAN India operations for Calibehr. Associated with Calibehr since 2002; he joined the company as a Customer Relationship Officer and it is nothing less than a phenomenal performance to lead the brand. With extensive exposure in Human Resources, Marketing, Operations and Relationship Management-he has a thorough details about respective areas. His proficiency in conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategies for building new markets and achieving business targets is continuing to help Calibehr business services attain growth.

Dhananjay Kamble

Head - IT Infrastructure

Dhananjay Kamble is a skilled Information Technology specialist with over 25+ years of diverse experience in the planning and implementation of critical- IT systems like Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing, Global IT Delivery, Government Business Module.

In his long industrial journey, he has worked in his different capacities for various organizations. At Calibehr, Dhannajay leads and manages the complete operations of a medium to large global IT and end-user support. He and his team are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all technology infrastructure.

He is a seasoned expert in Global IT Delivery, Global Service Desk, SAP and ERP in the area of Manufacturing, Datacentre Management /Disaster Recovery Management, Implementation–Cyber Security, SIEM, Skybox, Implementation of Network Security- Cyber Security, Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Network Operations Centre (NOC), Technology Outsourcing, Business Acquisition and also audits IT Governance (ISO 27001, PCI DSS and CMMI).

He has completed his post-graduation in IT Systems from Welingkar Institute of Management. He also has completed several technical qualifications like ITIL, COBIT 5, MCP and CCNA.

He intends to take the organisation to a much higher level by using his technological, industrial, and managerial expertise, thus setting a new standard for his teams and associates

M.M. Basha is in charge of Project Management and Administration at Calibehr. He comes in with an unparalleled knowledge of four decades in Project Financing, Project Management, Asset Resolutions, Audit and Administration at a Nationalized Bank. He is specialised in auditing domestic and international branches of the bank over a period of 7 years. Planning, execution, management and administration are the inseparable facets of any business, for they are the soul of an enterprise. At Calibehr, Basha coordinates administrative procedures and systems, aiming to streamline the processes. His core strength lies in formulating strategic planning and implementation of new projects, tracking the project timelines and ensuring timely deliveries. Furthermore, he ensures a smooth and adequate flow of information; strives to add values and facilitate other business units' operations with undivided attention. He pays keen attention to inventory of office supplies, purchasing of new materials, budget preparation, and maximum work efficiency. On the leadership front, inspiring his team; he plans things well as per the opinion that anything planned well is executed well, thereby, maintaining value for time, money and resources. He strongly believes in the motto: Plan it, organise it, execute it, track it, and let it succeed.

Prashant Phanse

Head - Legal and Compliance

With 12+ Years’ experience as an In-House Counsel; Mr. Prashant Phanse has passionately pursued LLB in General Law and LLM in Business Law from Mumbai University. He also holds a 1st Division Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian School, Pune. Accustomed with Civil, Criminal, Contract, Company, Property, Intellectual Property and other General Laws; Prashant has efficaciously delivered legal services as a Professionally Practicing Counsel with renowned Organisations. Hence, He qualifies as a great asset for Calibehr in Heading Legal and Compliance department. He brings immense experience and understanding about the legal particulars to the table and has forte in drafting and vetting various agreements, compliance of applicable laws for business, registrations & licenses and liasioning in legal matters. In the past; he was associated with India’s biggest Jewellery, Eyewear, Watch & Fashion brand and a Gourmet retail grocery chain; heading the Legal and Compliance teams. He was individually awarded during both his stints for his extraordinary contribution. With a positive outlook, Prashant is a self-motivator who contributes through an effective coordination with the associated team. At Calibehr; he aims to emphasise the aspects of Clarity and Facilitation on Legal aspects; building a strong Legal and Compliance department and smoothening the process to provide adequate support.

Working for NBG, She’s always focused and strives hard for an employee centric approach enhancing the work culture. Leading talent management team at NBG, she’s well versed in managing talents, developing the in house employees, engaging them and overlooking end-to-end employees’ life cycle management. She has keen interest in creating and restructuring several PRO employee projects; thus maintaining a healthy employer-employee bond.
